Job Overview

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all hourly positions, providing leadership and ensuring the consistent execution of our quality standards, operating systems, procedures, philosophies, and culture. Duties/Responsibilities

• Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
• Interview, train, counsel, and coach staff
• Ensure all training materials, development, and schedules are being followed
• Clearly communicate with all Team Members
• Ensure a harassment-free environment for all Team Members
• Manage labor and make adjustments on a shift-to-shift basis while maintaining guest experience
• Achieve budgeted sales and profit goals
• Maintain operational excellence for efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons and employees
• Perform various other tasks as needed

Requirements
