Qualifications

  • Must have Food Handler and TIPS certifications.
  • Food Manager certification is a plus.

We are looking for our next great team member to join our Food and Beverage management team. We are committed to providing you with:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Inspire and develop a team of hospitality professionals.

  • Collaborate with culinary teams to curate unique dining experiences.
  • Drive revenue goals and oversee cost management.

Does this sound like you?

  • Must have at least 3 years of proven leadership experience in restaurant management in a hotel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
  • A commitment to creating a guest-first environment.
  • Must have Food Handler and TIPS certifications
  • Food Manager certification a plus.
