Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front- and back-of-house operations, delivering the brand’s hospitality experience. You will coach and develop the team, manage inventory, and ensure a high-standard guest experience across shifts.

The role emphasizes people-first leadership, accountability, and the ability to stay composed during busy periods. A valid driver’s license is required, and flexibility with holidays and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Willing to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership with people-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee both front- and back-of-house operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop the restaurant team to deliver Cracker Barrel's hospitality standards.
• Manage inventory and labor to balance service quality with efficiency.
