Cracker Barrel in Midland, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager who leads both front- and back-of-house operations to deliver the renowned hospitality and experience. You will coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and set the standard for guest service with a calm, people-first approach.

Ideal candidates bring 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience, can handle busy shifts, and hold a valid driver's license.
