Job summary

Hillstone Restaurant Group is seeking motivated hospitality leaders to join its general management track in the United States. You will begin with an 8-week self-directed training spanning all dining room and kitchen roles, receiving mentorship from seasoned staff and leadership.

After training, you lead staff, manage inventory, hire and develop teams, and ensure daily operations meet top service standards. Relocation flexibility is required nationwide, with placement determined by skillset.

• Starting salary: $100,000-$110,000based on experience.
• Performance-based pay, with many General Managers earning over $200K annually.
