Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a restaurant leader in Madison, AL to oversee the full restaurant experience from kitchen flow to front-of-house service.

This role requires a strong, people-first leadership style and the ability to perform under pressure on busy shifts. With 2–5+ years of restaurant management experience, candidates should be prepared to work 50 hours per week across five 10-hour shifts, including holidays and weekends.
