HVMG is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, driving guest satisfaction, quality, and efficiency in our Texas hotel. You will lead the restaurant team, manage budgets, and uphold brand standards.

You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager, and have opportunities for advancement within the hospitality industry.

Job description

As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead and support the Restaurant team, manage budgets, streamline processes, and uphold brand standards. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the department.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the driving force behind our hotel's dining services, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff, coordinating daily operations, and overseeing budgets and inventory.
• You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager.
• A career as a restaurant manager can lead to opportunities in various management roles within the hospitality industry, such as director of food and beverage, general manager, or even a corporate-level position.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• A combination of education and experience
