Job Title: THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description: Provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Salary: $76,000 to $81,000 USD depending on experience.

Qualifications and Qualities:

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment environment
• Excellent communication skills that inspire fun among team members and guests
• Motivated by immediate results, improving guest experiences, and inspiring team performance
• Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
• Capable of handling high-volume days, walking five miles per shift, and working around 50 hours per week
• Ability to oversee all aspects of the business, from details to overall strategy

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• At least 2 years of experience in Restaurant/Hospitality
• Proficiency in managing costs of goods sold and labor
• Strong leadership skills to create memorable guest experiences
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions

Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
• Ensure positive staff and guest experiences through proactive leadership and personal interactions
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development of staff
