A El Super Restaurant General Manager is the top-level supervisor/manager in our restaurants and has full profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development, and performance management of employees. They are also responsible for developing Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and other staff to achieve sound financial results and ensure the execution of El Super standards, including our company’s mission, vision, and values.
The Restaurant General Manager reports to the District Manager and the Director of Operations.
Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to: preparation, handling, and serving food.
