Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to lead store operations, deliver exceptional guest and employee experiences, and drive business results. You’ll oversee front- and back-of-house duties with 24/7 home office support and collaborate with a team dedicated to hospitality.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management, a willingness to work five 10-hour shifts per week, availability for holidays and weekends, and a valid driver’s license. Fluency in English is essential.

What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. They say variety is the spice of life, and we agree! Our Restaurant Associate Managers are people leaders and execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities. With home office support available to you on a 24/7 basis, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.
