Job summary

Cracker Barrel, a nationwide restaurant family, is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to lead people and operations while delivering exceptional guest and team experiences. You will manage front- and back-of-house duties with support available from home office to ensure success.

The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of restaurant management, is willing to commit to a 50-hour work week, and embraces hospitality with a caring attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in English.

What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
