Leisure Care LLC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily dining operations in a senior living community. You will guide a dining team, ensuring high-quality service in a warm, welcoming environment and manage server duties alongside management responsibilities.

To succeed, you should have 5+ years in full-service restaurant roles, with supervisory experience and ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-service restaurant leadership, preferably in senior living or hospitality.
• Experience training and supervising dining staff and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dining room operations with a warm, welcoming environment.
• Train, supervise, and support a team of dining staff.
• Handle server duties in addition to management duties.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety standards across the restaurant.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and side-work assignments.
• Use POS system to manage orders and service flow efficiently.
• Foster a positive experience for residents, families and staff.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily dining room operations, ensuring high-quality service and a warm, welcoming environment.

• Maintain opening/closing procedures and side-work assignments.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of full-service restaurant experience - must have server experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a hospitality setting preferred.
• Experience with interviewing, hiring, and performance coaching.
• ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain.
• A passion for providing great service and leading by example
