Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated's Grand Lux Cafe in Las Vegas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor a high-performing team. You will oversee service quality, staffing, and safety standards to ensure consistent results and brand excellence.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full service or fast casual, moderate to high volume restaurant.
• Proven track record of leading teams and achieving financial goals.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop staff to meet company standards.
