Job summary

LongHorn Steakhouse in Knoxville, operated by RARE Hospitality Management, LLC, seeks a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead service and culinary teams to deliver the ultimate steakhouse experience. You will set clear expectations, maintain open communication, and recognize and reward team members to drive performance.

Lead your LongHorn Team by developing people, enforcing standards, and ensuring great execution.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance driven culture.
• Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution.
• Stable working history which demonstrates upward career progress.
• Current, salaried management experience is preferred.
