Job summary

Whiskey Cake - Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service operation. You will create a guest-first atmosphere and energize the team to deliver exceptional service.

You will mentor and train staff, participate in hiring, uphold recipes and quality standards, drive sales, and oversee inventory, equipment, and cleanliness to sustain a top-notch guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 + Years of Restaurant Management Experience in high volume, full-service environment
