Red Robin in Independence, MO is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards, and motivate a diverse team to deliver great guest experiences.

You will recruit and train hourly team members, manage schedules, and collaborate with the franchisee to drive results while maintaining a fun, fast-paced dining environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for hospitality.
