Maggiano's Little Italy is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and mentor a team to deliver exceptional Guest experiences. You will oversee shifts, collaborate with the management team, and drive daily restaurant performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Guest service.
• Ability to lead by example and energize a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment, with varying temperatures, noise levels, and peak-hour demands.
• Able to move throughout the restaurant and lift up to 30 lbs.

The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you are the frontline leader who keeps the restaurant running smoothly — supporting the management team, energizing Teammates, and ensuring every Guest has a memorable experience. You'll learn all aspects of the operation while building the skills to advance into larger leadership roles. This is where management careers begin at Maggiano's. What You'll Do

• Able to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and peak‑hour demands
• Able to move throughout the restaurant, retrieve items from shelves and storage areas, and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
