Maggiano's Little Italy in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Manager who will be the frontline leader, supporting the management team, energizing Teammates, and ensuring every Guest has a memorable experience. You will learn all aspects of the operation while developing the skills to advance into larger leadership roles.

This role offers hands-on coaching, accountability, and opportunities to grow as fast as your talent and drive allow.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Guest service.
• Ability to lead by example and energize a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to move throughout the restaurant and lift up to 30 lbs, with or without accommodation.

What You'll Do

• Handle Guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first approach
• Support hiring, training, and development of new Teammates
• Partner with managers on scheduling, labor management, and restaurant initiatives

What You Bring

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Guest service
• Ability to lead by example and energize a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Able to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and peak-hour demands
• Able to move throughout the restaurant, retrieve items from shelves and storage areas, and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
