Miller's Ale House invites you to join our team as a Manager to help deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

We offer a five-day work week with a 50-hour schedule, plus comprehensive benefits and a robust eight-week management training program to prepare you for leadership within our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Five-day work week; 50 hours per week with up to 3 closing shifts.
• Paid Time Off: 1 week after 6 months; total 15 days per year.
• Management training program: eight weeks.
• Employee dining benefits: complimentary dining at home restaurant; 50% off at other locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safe, quality service.
