Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food service, kitchen management, and customer service.
  2. Manage and lead a team of staff members, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.
  3. Ensure efficient inventory management and control to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  4. Uphold high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service quality.
  5. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain a smooth operation.
  6. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe dining environment.
  7. Manage liquor, beer, and wine inventory, purchase, and cost control.
  8. Manage restaurant’s payroll.
