Job summary

RARE Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Restaurant Manager for LongHorn Steakhouse in Houston, Texas. The role focuses on leading service and culinary teams to deliver the ultimate steakhouse experience, with a culture that motivates employees and exceeds standards.

The manager is expected to develop teams, manage systems for great execution, maintain a stable career trajectory, and prioritize salaried management experience where possible.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to develop teams and drive a performance culture.
• Knowledge of systems and processes enabling great execution.
• Stable work history showing upward career progress.
• Current salaried management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the LongHorn Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Set clear expectations and maintain open communication with staff.
• Recognize and reward high performance and accountability.
• Oversee service and kitchen teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
