Job summary

Cheddar's in Evansville, IN is seeking a Manager to lead a fast-paced dining team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You'll coach staff, maintain high standards for service, food quality, safety and sanitation, and drive sales and profitability while ensuring a positive, welcoming workplace for all team members.

This role requires strong leadership, communication and operational skills, with a focus on training, scheduling, and consistent execution to meet Guest Satisfaction goals.
