Patrice and Associates Franchising LLC in Edina, MN is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Scratch Kitchen & Liquid Artistry concept. You will oversee daily operations, lead a 20+ FOH team, and drive an exceptional bar program to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Track record of consistent employment with no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years.
• Deep knowledge of food, wine, craft spirits, and guest service quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a bustling scratch-kitchen environment.
• Coach and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Lead the Bar Program, including drink creation, product selection, staff training, and ordering.
• Collaborate with General Manager to ensure business growth and success.
