Job summary

Maggiano's Little Italy in Dallas, TX seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support the management team in delivering memorable dining experiences. This role emphasizes coaching teammates, maintaining service standards, and driving guest satisfaction.

You will learn all aspects of restaurant operations with opportunities to advance into Restaurant Manager roles, backed by hands-on coaching and real accountability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Guest service.
• Ability to lead by example and energize a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and peak-hour demands.
• Able to move throughout the restaurant, retrieve items from shelves and storage areas, and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs.

The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you are the frontline leader who keeps the restaurant running smoothly — supporting the management team, energizing Teammates, and ensuring every Guest has a memorable experience.
