Job summary

Miller's Ale House is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Braselton, GA to lead daily operations and ensure guests have memorable experiences. The role requires overseeing staff, maintaining service standards, and coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

You will manage scheduling, PTO, and closing shifts while driving guest satisfaction, quality, and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five Day Work Week
• Manager Schedule Written a Month in Advance
• One Paid-Time-Off Day Per Quarter
• One Week of Paid Vacation Every Six Months, Starting Day One
• Maximum of Three Closing Shifts per Week
• Hours of Operation are 11am-12-1-2am, (some nights at some locations)
