Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Ohio to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead staff, and ensure exceptional service and food quality.

The role requires 3+ years of full-service restaurant management, strong leadership, and knowledge of food safety standards. You will supervise scheduling, inventory, and guest relations while driving sales and coordinating catering events.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting members, resolving any issues or complaints promptly

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness

Qualifications
