Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our authentic Indian restaurant in Atlanta. As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service is provided to our guests while also maintaining efficient and profitable operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, training, budgeting, inventory management and customer service.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient dining experience for guests.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency with our high standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
• Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures and standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
• Monitor expenses and control costs to meet budgetary goals.
• Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment.
