You are responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be supported by an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training.

Employees must work in hot, noisy environments, often standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.
