Tands Inc. – Seeking Experienced Leaders - Come Grow with us! Tands Inc. offers a full-time, hourly role in Ashburn, VA with pay between $16.00 and $20.00 per hour, weekly pay with overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance.

You will lead a team, open and close the restaurant, onboard and train new employees, ensure a safe and clean environment, and work to grow sales and your commission through our bonus programs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
