Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier service and guest satisfaction. You will train staff, motivate teams, and lead with a coaching mindset to achieve hospitality excellence.

You will also develop community engagement plans and ensure strict adherence to sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
