Restaurant Manager (Food Services)

Gulph Creek Hotels is looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a positive dining experience for guests at FenderZ Grill & Pub located in the Wyndham Garden York. This role is responsible for leading the front-of-house team, maintaining service standards, and assisting in restaurant management. This person will also need to work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all aspects of Food & Beverage are thoroughly handled. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Hotel experience preferred.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high service standards, and assisting in staff management. This role involves overseeing shifts, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively support both front-of-house staff and back-of-house coordination. FenderZ restaurant is open daily from 5-10pm. Evenings, Weekends, & Holidays required.
