Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical maintenance tasks and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols and work with available tools.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Wash towels and change sanitizer in buckets.
• Sweep parking lot.
• Degrease oil stains in parking lot.
• Change outside trash.
• Maintain landscape.
• Clean equipment and stockrooms.
• Wash inside and outside windows.
• Detail clean restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Empty trash and take out to dumpster.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units on roof.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
