Qualifications

• 2+ years of field experience in HVAC and commercial refrigeration.
• 1+ years of work experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair.
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification or CFC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment, performs carpentry and plumbing.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots equipment, perform carpentry and address plumbing issues.
• Installs new equipment as needed in accordance with company safety procedures.
• Maintains parts inventory.
• Performs preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment
• Manages work orders meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Reports on repair work status, schedule, and budget.
• Liaises with third party vendors and review their work.

Preferred:

• HVAC State Certified License (preferred).
• State-licensed Mechanical Contractor or Journeyman’s license preferred (required in Oklahoma).
• Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) Certification (preferred).
