Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person to support a franchise restaurant. The role focuses on keeping interior and exterior areas clean and ensuring equipment runs smoothly. You will perform routine tasks to maintain sanitation, safety, and presentation across the dining area and backrooms.

You will work with the maintenance team to manage daily responsibilities, including fryer filtration, grounds care, and light maintenance. This is a hands-on position with ample safety and training support.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Maintain restaurant equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
