McDonald's Restaurants Limited, operating a franchisee-owned restaurant in Apple Valley, MN, is seeking a Maintenance Person to join the Maintenance Team. You will help achieve and maintain a clean, safe dining environment by performing daily upkeep and basic repairs as part of the team.

Responsibilities include filtering oil fryers daily, cleaning facilities and grounds, lifting up to 50 pounds, unloading deliveries, changing bulbs, and handling winter outdoor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds (cleaning Parking Lot and Sidewalks)
• Prepare clean and soiled towel buckets
• Clean restrooms
• Capable of safely lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
• Capable of performing outdoor tasks during winter months
