Job summary

RC Management, operating a McDonald’s franchise, is hiring for a Restaurant Maintenance role. The successful candidate will help maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and keep equipment in good working order at the Dover-Foxcroft location.

The job involves preventative maintenance, daily fryer oil filtering, grounds upkeep, cleaning equipment and facilities, unloading deliveries, organizing stock rooms, trash removal, bulb changes, and HVAC/exhaust cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Handling Preventative Maintenance
• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck and organize freezer, fridge, and stock rooms
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
