McDonald’s Maintenance Person role at a franchisee-operated restaurant. The Maintenance Person assists management to keep interior and exterior areas clean and ensures restaurant equipment is well maintained.

The position supports the team with essential upkeep to deliver safe, welcoming dining environments. Duties include daily oil fryer filtration, grounds upkeep, cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms, unloading deliveries, taking out trash, changing bulbs, and servicing

Qualifications

• Maintenance of interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Commitment to safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
