Fazoli’s in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep restaurant equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and facilities in top working order. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate with vendors to minimize downtime while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

You’ll work with a team in a fast-paced environment, manage inventory, document maintenance activities, and support renovations or upgrades as needed.

Formación

• Experience in restaurant maintenance, facilities management, or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication with management and staff; organized and capable of multitasking.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsabilidades

• Preventative maintenance: schedule and perform inspections on kitchen equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Repairs & troubleshooting: diagnose and repair malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Facility maintenance: repair/replace fixtures, doors, windows, flooring; basic carpentry and painting.
• Safety compliance: follow safety, health, and sanitation regulations; maintain safety equipment.
• Inventory & supply management: track parts and tools; order replacements as needed.
• Coordination & communication: update management and staff on progress and priorities.
• Other duties: assist with renovations or upgrades as needed; maintain clean, organized work area.
