Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read
• Basic reading and comprehension
• Physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Uses basic power tools to maintain building functions
• Maintains restrooms, dining areas and kitchen cleanliness to safety standards
• Maintains outside appearance of building, parking lot and landscape
• Filters oil fryers daily
• Cleans equipment, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unloads delivery truck 2-3 times a week
• Cleans grills and other kitchen equipment
• Maintains Shake Machine
• Cleans HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
