Qualifications

• Assists in maintaining cleanliness of restaurant interior and exterior.
• Supports management with restaurant equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
• Unloading delivery truck twice weekly.
• Emptying trash compactor.
• Changing light bulbs.
• Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof.
