Qualifications

• Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include: filtering oil fryers daily, maintaining outside grounds, cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms, taking out and emptying trash, changing light bulbs, cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
