Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person at a corporate-owned restaurant. The role focuses on keeping interiors and exteriors clean, maintaining equipment, and supporting the team with daily upkeep.

You will perform fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, and general cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming dining area. Candidate should be able to work on-site, handle routine maintenance duties, and participate in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience performing restaurant maintenance tasks.
• Ability to filter fryers oil daily and clean equipment.
• Willingness to work on-site at a franchise restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
