Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep interior and exterior areas clean and equipment functioning. You will be part of the Maintenance Team with tools and training provided, and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities include fryer cleaning, grounds upkeep, and replenishing stock areas, plus unloading deliveries twice weekly and trash removal. This role offers PTO, tuition assistance, flexible scheduling, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain cleanliness and operate within safety guidelines.
• Ability to assist with maintenance tasks and basic repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain fryer cleanliness.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks (twice a week) and manage trash removal.
• Change light bulbs and assist in stock movement.
• Must be available on Saturdays or Sundays regularly.
