McDonald’s franchise in Peoria, IL is hiring a Maintenance Person to support outstanding cleanliness and equipment upkeep in the restaurant. You will assist management with daily maintenance tasks to keep the dining area, kitchen, and exterior areas in top condition.

Responsibilities include oil fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning tasks, equipment upkeep, and basic facility repairs. The role requires reliability and adherence to safety standards, with competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and cleaning standards.
• Willingness to perform a variety of maintenance tasks as directed.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms; perform lobby maintenance.
• Unload delivery trucks, twice weekly.
• Take out and empty the trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs as needed.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
