Job summary

McDonald’s Milwaukee area seeks a Maintenance Person to help keep interior and exterior areas clean and to maintain restaurant equipment. As part of the Maintenance Team, you’ll perform daily tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

The role includes servicing fryers and grounds, cleaning windows and stock rooms, and supporting overall operations with on‑site responsibilities and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
