Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee-operated restaurant in Greenville, NC is hiring a Maintenance Person to support management in keeping interior and exterior areas clean and equipment in good working order. You will be part of the Maintenance Team, with training and tools provided to help you succeed.

As a member of a franchisee-owned location, you will be employed by the independent franchisee. The role offers competitive pay and benefits, including paid vacation, tuition assistance, and retirement

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance and upkeep.
• Ability to perform cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work with others in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash and compactor.
• Change light bulbs; clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
