McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person at a franchisee-operated restaurant in the United States. You will help keep interior and exterior areas clean and ensure equipment runs smoothly, following daily tasks and safety guidelines.

As part of the maintenance team, you will perform duties such as oil fryer filtration, grounds upkeep, cleaning, restocking, and light bulb changes. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including education assistance and health coverage.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Filter oil fryers daily.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
