Popeyes is seeking a versatile Maintenance Pro to keep our restaurant facilities safe, clean, and fully functional. You will perform drywall, carpentry, cabinetry work and respond quickly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.

You’ll inspect facilities, coordinate with contractors on larger projects, keep records, and uphold high safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
• Strong skills in drywall, carpentry, and cabinetry.
• Certification or vocational training in handyman services.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and operate tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including drywall installation and repair, carpentry, and cabinetry work.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on larger projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
