McDonald’s restaurant in Utah is hiring a Maintenance Person to keep the facility clean and the equipment in top condition. You’ll perform daily maintenance tasks, unload deliveries, and keep the grounds and restrooms in order to support 100% guest satisfaction.

Shifts run 4am–2pm. You’ll receive training, growth opportunities, and benefits from the franchisee. Applicants must be 16 or older and ready to contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of restaurant cleanliness and equipment maintenance to support 100% customer satisfaction
• Build skills, grow confidence, and make a difference every day
• Maintain outside grounds and landscaping
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
• Unload delivery trucks
• Take out trash and organize stockroom
• Change light bulbs as needed
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris
• Maintain and complete all scheduled tasks quickly and on time
• Ensure the restaurant environment supports 100% customer satisfaction
