Job summary

McDonald’s independently owned and operated restaurants are staffing a dependable Maintenance/Custodian Team Member to join our team. You’ll help maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and keep restaurant equipment in good working order.

The restaurant provides tools and training; walk-in interviews are welcome. The pay range is $17.00 to $22.30 per hour, based on experience, availability, and staffing needs. This position offers strong benefits and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Filter fryer oil daily
• Maintain the restaurant exterior grounds
• Clean restaurant equipment
• Clean interior and exterior windows
• Clean stockrooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery trucks approx. twice per week
• Remove trash and empty trash compactor
• Replace light bulbs
• Clean HVAC and exhaust units
• Remove debris from the roof
• Complete routine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks
• Report equipment or facility concerns to management
• Follow workplace safety and food safety procedures
